Shipping Policy
Made to order. Every item at Kreative Krafts is made by hand and personalized for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Busy seasons, like the holidays, can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you if so.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Small items (ornaments, keychains, tags, bookmarks): $4.99 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Larger items (cutting boards, signs, plaques, and similar): [your rate, for example $X.XX]. The exact amount shows at checkout before you pay.
How we ship. We ship with USPS . Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Delivery usually takes [2–5] business days after it ships.
Holiday orders. To receive your Christmas order on time, please order by December 5. Orders after that date may not arrive by Christmas.
Your address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at [your email], and we’ll fix it if the order hasn’t shipped.
Personalization. Please check the spelling, dates, and details you enter before you pay. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t change the engraving once we’ve started.
Lost or damaged orders. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, email us at [your email] within [7] days with your order number and a photo if it’s damaged. We’ll work with you to make it right.
